Part-Time Nanny / Caregiver Needed in Kentfield (2 Young Kids) Hi there! We’re a family living in Kentfield, recently moved from the city, and we’re looking for a part-time nanny or caregiverto help care for our two daughters — one is almost 4 years old, and the other is 1.5 years old. They get along well. We’re hoping to find someone kind, reliable, and experienced with young kids. Schedule • Approximately 3 days per week • About 6 hours per day (roughly ~18 hours/week, but could be more if you're open to that) • We’re flexible on which days and exact hours, and happy to coordinate a schedule that works well for everyone What the role looks like • Caring for and playing with our kids at home • Helping with age-appropriate activities (playing, reading, crafts, outdoor time, etc.) • Light kid-related tasks only (snacks, tidying up after playtime) • Playground trips (once everyone is comfortable) What we’re looking for • Experience caring for toddlers / young children • Warm, patient, and dependable • Comfortable managing two kids of different ages • Non-smoker • Safe driver (you can use our car to take children out) Bonus (but not required) • Early childhood education background • Experience with similar age gaps • Open to occasional additional hours with advance notice We’re a laid-back, communicative family and really want this to be a long-term, mutually supportive arrangement if it’s a good fit.
