Full-Time Nanny For 10 Month Old (+Option For Household Support & Meal Prep) We are looking for a full-time nanny +/- house manager & meal prep to care for our 10-month-old son starting within the next few weeks. He is a calm, easy baby on a consistent nap schedule. Both parents work from home in separate offices, and we value a nanny who is comfortable working independently in a quiet, professional household. Schedule - Monday–Friday, 8am-3 or 4pm - Saturday 8am-3pm (optional) Role Options: Option 1: Nanny + Light Household Support ($25/hr) This role is focused primarily on childcare, with light tidying during nap times. Responsibilities include: - Attentive, developmentally appropriate care (reading, play, outdoor time) - Maintaining nap and feeding schedules - Preparing baby food and bottles - Baby laundry - Light housekeeping related to daily care (tidying toys, keeping kitchen counters/sink clean) Hours: 8am-3pm (our baby is put down for his afternoon nap at 3pm) Option 2: Nanny + Household Support & Meal Prep ($30/hr) This role is for someone who enjoys taking initiative and helping a household run smoothly without close micromanagement. Includes all responsibilities above, plus: - Planning and preparing simple family dinners 3–4 nights per week - Grocery shopping - Kitchen cleanup after meal prep - Using nap times proactively for household tasks (tidying, organization, light cleaning) - Occasional family errands if helpful Hours: 8am-4pm (you would use the hour of 3-4pm after our baby is put down for his nap to prep dinner for the family) This role is ideal for someone who is able and willing to take on a larger support role for the family, naturally notices what needs to be done, and is comfortable working independently. Requirements - Infant experience with strong references from long-term families - Valid driver’s license (not expected to drive the baby at this time, but openness to this in the future is preferred) - Comfortable with cats (we have two) - Reliable, organized, and communicative We typically start with a paid trial period to ensure a good mutual fit.
