About this nanny job

Looking for full-time (starting in March) and a part-time (starting now) nanny to help with newborn. Initially we're looking for someone to help out a few times a week (4 hr shifts) just to help take the load off but fairly flexible. We initially posted before the baby was born as we thought we'd need help but ended up having some family arrive right after the birth date. The ideal candidate would be someone interested in ramping up to a full-time role in mid-Feb/early March but starting with a few days a week. A few other preferences: - Not always at home - prefer someone who enjoys taking daily walks with the baby. - Someone who is fairly flexible. Not looking for a night-nanny but may want to have someone who can jump in a little later occasionally to give us some time to watch a movie or eat out. - Prefer someone who doesn't have to travel too far.
