About this nanny job

We are looking for a reliable, nurturing babysitter for Fridays while both parents are working. Care will be for two boys, one 18 months old and one 6 months old. Both children are healthy, happy, and generally easygoing. The babysitter’s responsibilities will include feeding bottles and age-appropriate solid foods, diaper changes, putting the children down for naps, and engaging them in safe, age-appropriate play. Activities may include reading books, singing songs, tummy time, playing with toys, and helping the older child explore and learn through simple games. A typical day will follow an established routine with playtime, meals, and naps. We are looking for someone who is comfortable caring for both an infant and a toddler at the same time and who can provide attentive, hands-on care. Mom works from home and will be available if needed throughout the day. Grandma and grandpa will also be present in the home, so the babysitter will have additional support and will not be completely on their own. Our ideal caregiver is patient, dependable, calm, and genuinely enjoys working with young children. The goal is to help keep the kids safe, happy, engaged, and on schedule in a warm and positive environment.
