Starting February or March 2026, we are 2 adjacent neighbors in San Mateo seeking a warm, reliable, and experienced nanny to care for our two little ones — who will be 7 months and 5 months old — for a nanny share. Both families live in adjacent units in the same complex with easy freeway access to 92, 280, and 101, and onsite parking available for your convenience. Schedule: * Monday through Wednesday (3 days per week) * 8 hours per day (exact hours can be discussed) Responsibilities: * Provide attentive, loving care for two infants in a shared setting * Engage the babies in developmentally appropriate activities and play to support growth and milestones * Maintain babies’ routines (feeding, naps, diapering, etc.) * Handle baby-related chores such as washing bottles, baby laundry, and tidying play areas * Perform light housekeeping tasks to help keep common areas clean and organized Requirements: * Previous experience caring for infants (nanny share experience a plus) * Infant CPR and First Aid certified * Able to pass a background check * Reliable transportation to and from our homes * Up to date on vaccinations (including flu and Tdap preferred) * Nonsmoker We’re looking for someone who loves working with babies, communicates well, and is dependable and nurturing.
