About this nanny job

We’re a warm, loving, and organized family with two wonderful daughters, ages 2 and 4, and we’re looking for a kind, trustworthy caregiver to support us during an upcoming transition. The primary responsibility will be caring for our 2-year-old during the day while our 4-year-old is at school. Our toddler is curious, sweet, and thrives with gentle structure, hands-on play, reading, music, outdoor time, and age-appropriate activities. We will have activities planned and ready, and we value a calm, nurturing presence that enjoys being fully engaged with young children. Our au pair will be on vacation the week of January 11–18, and we’re hoping to get a head start on connecting with the right sitter ahead of that week. The schedule may be somewhat fluid initially but will be confirmed later this week, and we pride ourselves on clear, respectful communication. Our home environment is supportive, welcoming, and well-organized, and we truly view caregivers as an extension of our family. Reliability, warmth, and genuine enjoyment of working with toddlers are very important to us.
