We’re a warm, thoughtful family in San Francisco (originally from Italy) looking for an experienced, dependable weekend nanny to become a trusted part of our lives. We have three young children (ages 5, 3, and 1), so we’re looking for someone who is very comfortable caring for three children at once and has prior experience regularly managing three kids. Calm confidence, good judgment, and genuine enjoyment of young children are essential. Schedule: * Every Saturday and Sunday, 9:00am - 7:00pm * 1-2 times per month: Friday and/or Saturday overnight care This is a consistent, long-term role - reliability matters deeply to us. Responsibilities: * Engaging, attentive care for three children * Outings, activities, meals, naps, and transitions * Supporting a calm, loving, structured weekend rhythm * Driving for activities or errands (car not required, you can drive our minivan) Requirements: * Warm, emotionally attuned, and communicative * Must be comfortable driving children * Proven experience caring for three children at similar ages * Strong references demonstrating dependability and consistency * Punctual, organized, and safety-focused We truly value experience and reliability - this is not a casual babysitting role. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and wants a stable, meaningful position. A bit about us: we’re originally from Italy and don’t have extended family nearby.
