Position Details Location: Downtown Nashville – high-rise condo Schedule: Part-time • Combination of set weekly hours + flexibility based on work meetings • Ideal for someone with an adaptable schedule Start Date: Feb 9, 2025 Responsibilities Primary Care Provide loving, attentive care for our infant daughter Support routine nap schedules, playtime, tummy time, and developmental stimulation Bottle-feeding support if needed (breastfed baby) During Nap/Down Time Light household tasks such as: • Folding laundry • Unloading/Loading dishwasher • Taking out trash • Light tidying to keep home running smoothly Ideal Candidate Non-smoker Christian and aligned with our values Gentle, nurturing, patient, and dependable Passionate about childhood development and intentional care Comfortable working in a home where parent is present (WFH dynamic) Holistic-minded approach appreciated (natural products, gentle care, etc.) Previous newborn experience preferred Compensation: $18-20 per hour
