Part-Time Nanny / Mother’s Helper for Infant (Marin County) We’re a warm, organized family in Marin County looking for a reliable, experienced caregiver for our baby, Jack. We’re hoping to find someone long-term who can start as a mother’s helper while I’m on maternity leave and transition into a part-time nanny role when I return to work at the end of March. We’re also open to a nanny share if it’s the right fit, though we don’t currently have another family identified. Now–End of March | Mother’s Helper • 2 weekdays per week (daytime; flexible) • I’ll be home • Help with baby care, bottles, soothing, play • Light baby-related tasks; occasional simple meal prep • $26–$30/hr Starting End of March | Part-Time Nanny • 2 days/week on a rotating schedule • Week 1: Wed & Fri • Week 2: Tue & Thu • Hours: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM • Independent infant care while I’m at work • Feeding, naps, safe sleep, age-appropriate play • Light baby-related household tasks • $34–$40/hr Ideal caregiver: infant experience, safety-focused, dependable, clear communicator.
