Looking for full-time care on weekdays for our six month old son. Mother works from home 5 days a week, and dad works from home two days a week (Monday/Friday). We are an easy-going family in San Mateo looking for a kind, reliable, and engaging full-time nanny to care for our happy, smiley 6-month-old baby. Both parents work from home or on a hybrid schedule, so comfort working in a household with parents present is important. Schedule: Full-time (Monday–Friday), with consistent hours Location: San Mateo, CA Start: Flexible Responsibilities include: • Providing loving, attentive, and developmentally appropriate care • Engaging baby in age-appropriate play, reading, and activities • Following nap and feeding routines • Light baby-related tasks (bottle prep, tidying play area, baby laundry as needed) Ideal candidate: • Has experience caring for infants • Is warm, patient, and attentive • Comfortable with parents working from home • Comfortable around a small, friendly dog • CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to become certified) • Dependable, communicative, and nurturing We value a calm, positive environment and are looking for someone who will become a trusted part of our family.
