About this nanny job

We are looking for a part-time nanny to help before and after school. We live in Long Beach. This job entails before and after school care for a 3 year old girl and 6 year old boy. The hours are 6:30am-9am every morning (except some Mondays) and 3pm-6pm every afternoon/evening. They would normally be up and eating breakfast when you arrive. They will need to be dropped off at school. My son is a 12-15 minute drive. My daughter goes to school on our street. And the same for pickup in the afternoon. There are afternoon activities 1-2 times per week- all within a 5 minute drive from our house. They will need after school snacks from the refrigerator and will start eating dinner that either we leave ready in the refrigerator or ask you to lightly prepare (pre-made things from freezer). Several times a month (between 1 and 2 mornings) start time will be 5:15am and end at school drop off. There will be no ask for school pick up on those days.
