Babysitter / Family Helper for Warm, Creative SF Family (3 Kids) We’re a warm, engaged family in San Francisco (Sunnyside area) looking for a reliable, energetic, and thoughtful babysitter to support our three kids. Driving around SF is required. N (12) – creative, thoughtful, loves conversation and projects + dance, homework and Hebrew - won't need much support, as she has other activities and goes to another school L (9) – active, playful, big heart + drum practice, soccer R (7) – joyful, imaginative + dance, piano practice We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys kids, can hold loving boundaries, and brings a calm, confident presence to our busy afternoons and occasional evenings. What We’re Looking For Someone experienced with multiple kids and different ages Comfortable setting kind, clear boundaries Engaged (not on your phone), curious, and emotionally attuned Punctual, reliable, and communicative Bonus if you enjoy art, games, reading, cooking with kids, or being outdoors The Role - Depending on the day, responsibilities may include: After-school care and transitions between activities Light snack or dinner prep Homework support or quiet activity facilitation Playtime (inside and outside) Helping keep afternoons calm and organized Occasional evening babysitting No heavy housekeeping, this role is about being present with the kids. Schedule: Consistent Part-Time work Primary needs: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday / 3:15-7:15 PM Driving - school pickups, activity drop-offs around SFNanny job details
