We are two parents who both work full-time and are looking for help in caring for our 8-year-old son and 4-year-old daughter. Our son has ADHD and our daughter is being assessed for autism, so experience with the unique challenges of neurodivergent kids is very important to us. We were both raised in strict religious homes but are trying to carve a different path for our family; if you’re a fan of Becky Kennedy or Britt Frank, that’s a great sign! We are seeking a nanny who can care for our kids every weekday afternoon/evening (after school), at least part of the weekend, and occasional late evenings. Activities include doing homework, getting outdoor exercise, non-screen playtime, etc. Both kids enjoy arts and crafts, building with legos, jumping on our trampoline, playing tag, imaginative pretend play, etc. Routines are helpful for both kids. Possibly transporting kids to swim/sport practice. We have a house in San Mateo with a yard and two small dogs who love to snuggle.Nanny job details
