We are seeking an experienced, calm, and nurturing nanny to care for our 1-month-old baby. This role will start part-time with the strong potential to transition into full-time for the right fit. This is an ideal position for a nanny who loves infants, values routine, and is comfortable working in a work-from-home household that travels frequently. ⸻ About Our Family • First-time parents with a 1-month-old • We split time between Austin and Los Angeles • We also have a home in Portugal and travel internationally • A Europe trip is planned for April, and we would love for our nanny to join us (all accommodations, travel, and expenses covered) • Both parents work from home • We have a small, friendly 5-lb dog ⸻ Position Details • Start: Part-time, with potential to become full-time • Schedule: Flexible; travel availability required • Location: Austin & Los Angeles (with international travel) • Travel: Domestic + international (optional but highly preferred) ⸻ Responsibilities • Full infant care (feeding, soothing, diapering, naps) • Supporting healthy sleep routines and age-appropriate development • Baby laundry, bottle prep, and keeping baby areas tidy • Working collaboratively with parents in a WFH environment • Traveling with the family as needed ⸻ Ideal Candidate • Proven newborn/infant experience • Calm, reliable, and proactive • Comfortable with parents working from home • Flexible and travel-ready (passport required or willing to obtain) • Pet-friendly • CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to become certified) • Professional, discreet, and organized ⸻ Compensation • Competitive pay, based on experience • Overtime paid when applicable • All travel expenses covered (flights, accommodations, meals) • Opportunity for long-term, full-time placement
