About this nanny job

My wife and I are looking for someone with a very specific skillset and vibe. We need a caregiver that has a long or significant history caring for infants (1 year or younger). It's also incredibly important to us that the caregiver _not_ be anti-science, anti-vax, or anti-medicine, etc. If you think "baby formula is poison" or that you know more than my board-certified pediatrician, we will not be a good match. Lastly, it is imperative that the caregiver be extremely familiar with infant safety, AAP guidelines, and safe sleep practices. We've had numerous trial sitters somehow not understand why wrapping an infant in a loose blanket to sleep is a major problem. My wife would always be at home while the caregiver is there. Basic activities would be: playing and reading to him, bottle feeding him, changing him and putting him down for naps. Our ideal schedule would be two days a week M-F for 3 to 4 hours each day, for example Tuesday and Thursday 10am-1PM or Monday and Wednesday from 11am-3pm. Pay is flexible based on experience and we can offer cash or digital as needed.
