About this nanny job

We are for a full time nanny for an 8 month old baby. The job & benefits: Hours: 40 guaranteed hours a week. We are targeting 8:30am-4:30pm Monday through Friday (may modify based on each of our needs when discussing details) Long-term: We're looking for someone that could commit to working with us for at least 1 year. Benefits: 2 weeks paid PTO and 10 paid federal holidays. The ideal nanny would: - Be certified for CPR / first aid and up to date on vaccines (Covid, flu, TDAP, etc) - Be comfortable with a friendly small dog in the home - Be willing to be paid on the books with a W-2 (non-negotiable) - Be up to speed on how to support child development with age appropriate activities - Like engaging with babies through talking, singing, floor time (and age-appropriate activities) - Be patient and attentive to baby's needs - Be a strong communicator in English - Is happy to get outside for walks or a nearby park or library (no driving required) - Comfortable with light baby related household tasks
