About this nanny job

We are seeking a loving, proactive, and tidy nanny to join our family. Mom will be co-caring for our 3-month-old daughter until she is 6 months old, so we need a reliable partner to help Mom balance baby care and household tasks while Dad is at work. ⏰ Schedule & Flexibility • Half-Day: Monday–Friday. • Flexible Timing: Open to discussing specific hours and days to find a mutually beneficial schedule. Ideally afternoon/evening. 🍼 Key Responsibilities 1. Collaborative Care: Partnering with Mom for feeding, diapering, and nap schedules. 2. Developmental Engagement: Reading, singing, and age-appropriate play (tummy time, etc.). 3. Food Meal Prep: Washing vegetables, chopping fruits, and prepping meat (slicing/dicing). Most likely for Chinese dishes. 🥬🥩 4. Maintaining Cleanliness: Keeping the kitchen, nursery, and play areas clean and organized. This includes washing dishes used during prep and tidying up after activities. 🧼 5. Laundry: Handling the family’s laundry and linens as time allows. 6. Pet Friendly: Comfortable with our well-trained Golden Labradoodle. 💎 Requirements • Infant Experience: Proven experience with babies (3+ months). • Safety: Current Infant CPR certification required. • Communication: Friendly, nurturing, and highly communicative with Mom.
