About this nanny job

We’re first-time parents and two professional working parents looking for a part-time nanny to support and nurture our sweet baby girl (10 months old) during this exciting stage of growth and discovery. We are hoping to find a long-term nanny who will grow with our family and become a consistent, trusted presence in our daughter’s life. We’re hoping to find someone who truly enjoys engaging with infants and supporting early learning in a gentle, intentional way. ✨ What we’re looking for: • Experience with sensory-based, hands-on learning • Ability to plan and lead age-appropriate activities (fine motor, gross motor, language, and independence) • Gentle guidance through physical milestones (standing, cruising, first steps) • An active, present caregiver during wake windows who is fully engaged in play and learning • Limited personal cell phone use during work hours (reserved for breaks or emergencies) • Commitment to a screen-free environment (no TV or electronics for our daughter) 🗓️ Schedule: • 2-3 days per week: Monday, Tuesday, and occasionally Wednesdays 💡 Preferred background: • Experience in a Montessori school, daycare, or early childhood education (strong plus) 🗣️ Requirements: • Fluent in English • Able to drive • CPR certified • Fully vaccinated 📍 Location: Daly City
