About this nanny job

I am a mother of an infant and am preparing ahead for additional childcare support as my family grows. While I may not need full-time help immediately, I am looking to connect with a kind, patient, and experienced caregiver for when my child is around one year old and especially during a future pregnancy. I value someone who genuinely loves children, is nurturing, calm, and intentional about instilling good morals and values. I would appreciate a caregiver who enjoys engaging children through age-appropriate games, learning activities, and simple routines. I prefer someone mature, reliable, and confident in their childcare experience, with strong communication skills. Speaking both English and Spanish is important to me, as I would like my children to learn Spanish naturally through daily interaction and play. I am hopeful to build a long-term relationship with the right caregiver as our family grows.
