About this nanny job

We're seeking a Montessori-trained guide to work one-on-one with our toddler on our farm. We're implementing a gradual start to allow you and our child to build a strong relationship during the summer farm season (shorter days, peak garden time), then transition to longer days as our child matures and develops greater capacity for focused learning. Your daily routine will integrate: Farm activities: Feeding chickens, tending the garden, caring for sheep, walking the dog Practical life skills: Meal preparation, cleanup, self-care routines (dressing, hand washing, toileting/potty training) Outdoor exploration: Nature walks, sensory experiences across 5 acres Focused learning time: Language development, early math/sensorial materials, creative activities Nap routine and transition (October onward, during longer schedule) Environment preparation and documentation during nap time Occasionally, you may be asked to bring the child to a story time activity, the zoo, the aquarium, the public library, etc.
