About this nanny job

We’re a family of 3 near Downtown Cary looking for a part-time afternoon nanny for our 3 year old daughter. This is an in-home, long-term position and we’d love to find someone who wants to grow with our family! Ideal schedule is 1pm - 5pm Monday - Friday, but we can be flexible for the right fit! Details: 💵 $20/hour ⏰ 20 hours/week guaranteed 🌞 Option for up to 40 hours over summer 🌙 Occasional evening hours available (date nights/events) About Our Daughter: She thrives on routine and is currently in preschool in the mornings. She’s in assessment for autism/ADHD and receives OT twice a week—we’d love help reinforcing OT strategies during play and daily activities. She loves dress-up (princesses!), tea parties, dance parties, board games, reading, and playing outside in the backyard or going for walks. What We’re Looking For: CPR certified Non-smoker Clean driving record + reliable transportation Comfortable with cats Patient, dependable, and playful Experience with neurodivergent children is a plus but not required More About Us: Both parents work from home (on a separate floor) Parents occasionally travel for work or need to be in-office All care would take place in our home at this time If you are a caring, playful, and dependable nanny looking for a meaningful, long-term position with a supportive family, we would love to hear from you!
