We’re a multicultural Bay Area family looking for a warm, energetic, and highly skilled nanny and early childhood educator to join us long-term. We have three little ones under 4 and travel monthly in the U.S. and internationally a few times a year, so we need someone who loves adventure and can create fun, meaningful learning experiences on the go. We are open to candidates from anywhere in the United States. What We’re Looking For: • 5+ years experience with newborns–early elementary • Strong early childhood education background (Montessori/Reggio a plus!) • English fluency; Mandarin or Spanish fluency highly preferred • Travel-ready (potentially up to 3-6 months), organized, and great with communication • Prior live-in + household travel experience • US citizen/PR, safe driver, comfortable with small dogs Role Highlights: • Design age-appropriate learning + real-world, travel-based lessons • Provide loving, developmentally supportive care • Manage kids’ routines, activities, meals, and logistics • Help with family-assistant tasks (scheduling, shopping, travel planning) • Live-in during extended trips; live-in or live-out in the Bay Area Bonus Skills: CPR/pediatric emergency training, experience with multiple young kids, institutional teaching background, Positive/Conscious Discipline familiarity. Compensation: Competitive + PTO + long-term stability with a warm family.
