About this nanny job

My son and I just moved to Indiana. I am looking to find a consistent individual that can provide backup care when my work requires odd hours. This would be as needed and vary depending on needs. My son is neurodivergent so I will need someone who has experience in that area. He is currently in school and has before and after care so that would not be a requirement. Things that COULD be required (depending on time/day care is needed): -Drop off to before care/pickup at after care (only required at times if I am not able to do so) -Make dinner (food/supplies provided; only needed if I am required to work from 5-6pm as dinner time occurs between this time each day) -Assist with bedtime routine (only required if I have to work past 7pm as bedtime is 7pm each night) -Monitor while sleeping (only required if I have to work past 7pm)
