We are a warm and loving family in Oakley looking for a reliable, kind, and engaging part-time nanny or mother’s helper to help care for our 2.5-year-old daughter, Siya. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys working with toddlers, is hands-on and attentive, and values early childhood development through play, routine, and positive reinforcement. 📅 Schedule 2 days per week Preferred days: Tuesday & Thursday (some flexibility if needed) Hours: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM Start date: Around February 1 Paid trial day: Available next week 👧 About Siya 2.5 years old Happy, curious, and energetic Fully potty trained Enjoys books, music, crafts, pretend play, and outdoor time No screen time during care hours 🧠 Child Engagement & Development Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities such as crafts, puzzles, story time, pretend play, and simple learning games. Help provide a structured daily routine with smooth transitions. Encourage creativity, independence, and positive behavior. No screen time; age-appropriate music is encouraged. ⏰ Daily Care & Routine Provide hands-on, attentive care during the shift. Assist with nap routine (1:00 PM – 2:00 PM). Support potty routines with gentle reminders, hygiene, and encouragement. 🍽 Meals & Feeding Breakfast: Help Siya eat and encourage good table manners. Lunch: Some days, prepare a simple, toddler-friendly lunch. Other days, lunch will be prepared; you’ll assist with feeding and cleanup. 🧸 Organization, Cleanup & Toy Management Help with toy rotation to keep play engaging and organized. Tidy Siya’s room and toy/play area in the living room. Encourage Siya to participate in cleaning up toys as part of building independence and responsibility.
