Part-Time Babysitter / Nanny – Flexible, Schedule-Friendly Role We’re a warm, fun-loving family seeking a dependable, experienced babysitter/nanny who genuinely enjoys working with children, is trustworthy, patient, loves being actively engaged, and understands child development. Schedule & Flexibility: This is a part-time role (2–3 days per week) with no fixed schedule. I’m very open to customizing the schedule around your existing availability and don’t mind booking my commitments around the days that work best for you. I work from home so I’d typically ve present as well. My priority is finding the right person and creating consistency for both of us. Shifts are typically 5–8 hours, with the potential for more days/hours in the future as my business ramps up. My Kiddos: • 18-month-old son (primary focus of care) • 4-year-old daughter, in school Monday–Friday * My daughter would be included during school breaks/closures and for occasional evenings, weekends, or overnight care. What I’m looking for: • Prior nanny or childcare experience • Someone nurturing, patient, and genuinely excited to work with kids • Enjoys crafts, educational activities, and hands-on play • Comfortable caring for two children when needed • Transportation help is a plus but NOT required (if applicable, school drop-off/pickup; approx. 15 minutes away) • Availability for occasional Friday/Saturday nights or overnight care is a bonus - I have upcoming travel and would appreciate having someone trustworthy to stay with my kiddos Pay: • $24/hour for one child • $26/hour when both children are present • Weekly pay via Zelle or Apple Pay • 1099 position (nanny responsible for own taxes) This role is ideal for an experienced sitter seeking steady part-time work, flexibility, and a collaborative family relationship.
