We are looking for a kind, patient, and calm mother’s helper to be an extra supportive presence in our home. This role is primarily to assist me throughout the day by being available when needed, helping with light household tasks, and stepping in with the children when requested. Our household includes two young children, one is autistic with a PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance) profile, anxiety, and OCD. Because of this, we are looking for someone who understands or is willing to learn about neurodivergent needs and can follow a low-demand, parent-led approach. You will never be expected to manage behaviors independently, I will always be present. Your role is to support, not lead. What the job looks like day-to-day: • Being present in the home as an extra pair of hands • Helping with light household tasks (dishes, laundry, tidying) • Playing quietly nearby if invited by the children • Stepping in to assist with the kids when I ask • Providing calm, non-judgmental support during stressful moments • Respecting sensory sensitivities and low-demand interactionsNanny job details
