About this nanny job

Hello! We are a family of 4 and we're looking for someone to help our sons get ready and bring them to school/daycare in the mornings. We're looking for someone who is fun and can build a good relationship with our older son to motivate him to wake up and get ready for school (brush teeth, put on clothes and sunblock) and leave the house in a good mood. For our younger son, we're looking for someone who has experience taking care of infants, is familiar with baby led weaning (he can eat solids) and has taken infant cpr. We also ask for some light tidying as you go (wiping down surfaces after eating, washing bottles and/or putting away dishes from dishwasher as time allows). I start work around 6:30/7am from home so you will be primarily responsible for both kids. We value someone who is punctual, energetic, has patience, can enforce routines but values building a healthy and joyous relationship with kids. We will trial a few sitters to see how is a good fit with our family and sons. This will become a regular role for mornings for at least the next 6 months.
