About this nanny job

Hi! We're a family in Woodside looking for a warm, reliable full-time nanny to join us long term before the end of March, when I return to work. We have two boys. The role is mainly focused on caring for our 6-month-old baby. I also have a 4-year-old stepson who is with us half of the week and attends a Mandarin-immersion Montessori preschool, with after-school care needed on those days. At home, we follow a Montessori-inspired approach for consistency, including child-led play, encouraging independence, and a calm, predictable routine. Our house is up the hill and involves a short drive on mountain roads. It’s also two stories, so comfort with carrying a baby up and down stairs is important. Light child-related household help is also appreciated, such as children's meals, laundry, and keeping play and common areas tidy. If this sounds like a good fit, we’d love to hear from you.
