Part-Time Nanny for Infant (3 days/week, mornings/early afternoons) Hi! I’m a first-time mom looking for a calm, experienced, and nurturing part-time nanny to support me and my infant son in our home. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys caring for babies, is confident with infant routines, and brings a steady, reassuring presence. I’ll be home some of the time, so comfort working alongside a parent (without needing direction every moment) is important. Schedule • Days: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday • Hours: Ideally 8:30am–2:30pm or 9:00am–3:00pm • Start date: Flexible (as soon as the right fit is found) Responsibilities • Loving, attentive care for my infant • Bottle feeding, diaper changes, soothing, and naps • Age-appropriate play and interaction • Comfort with contact naps and following baby’s cues • Light baby-related tidying (bottles, pacifiers, soiled onesies, play area, replenishing diapers) (No household cleaning or cooking beyond baby-related tasks.) What I’m Looking For • Experience caring for infants • Calm, patient, emotionally attuned caregiving style • Reliable and communicative • Comfortable following my preferences and routines • Clear, fluent English communication (for safety and coordination of care) • CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain) • No cat allergies — we have one friendly 10-year-old male cat The Environment • Care will take place in my home • At times, I’ll be home resting or stepping out briefly • This is a supportive, respectful household with clear communication Compensation • $25–$30/hour, depending on experience • Paid legally (W-2 preferred) There may be an opportunity for additional hours starting in May, depending on fit and evolving needs, but the initial focus is the schedule listed above.
