Night Nanny for 5 month old son - 2 nts/wk Hi! I’m a first-time mom looking for an experienced, calm, and reliable night nanny to provide overnight care for my 5-month-old infant son in my home. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys focused overnight infant care and is comfortable working independently while I sleep. I’m looking for steady, competent support that helps protect sleep for both my son and me. ⸻ Schedule • Nights: 2 nights per week to start - Mon and Thurs • Hours: 9:30pm–7:30am (Some flexibility to start at 9pm once my son is settled for the night, if helpful) • Start date: Flexible / as soon as the right fit is found ⸻ Responsibilities • Overnight care for my 5-month-old son • Bottle feeding (formula-fed), diaper changes, soothing, and resettling • Monitoring him during sleep and responding to wake-ups • Maintaining a calm, low-stimulation nighttime environment • Light baby-related reset before morning (bottles, changing area, etc.) (No household cleaning or cooking beyond my son’s needs) ⸻ What I’m Looking For • Experience with overnight infant care • Calm, confident, and reassuring presence • Comfortable working independently overnight • Aligned with a responsive, hands-on nighttime caregiving approach (no sleep-training methods) • Clear, fluent English communication (for safety and coordination of care) • CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain) • Reliable, punctual, and communicative • No cat allergies — we have one friendly 10-year-old cat ⸻ The Environment • Care takes place in my home • I will be sleeping during the shift • This is a respectful, calm household with clear communication and expectations ⸻ Compensation • $32–$35/hour, depending on experience • Paid legally (W-2 preferred) ⸻ If you’re someone who enjoys providing steady, reliable overnight care for infants and values a calm, professional working environment, I’d love to hear from you.
