We are a warm, communicative family living in Canton, Baltimore, looking for a part-time nanny to care for our infant son. He will be approximately 12 weeks old when care begins. We’re hoping to find someone who will become a trusted, consistent presence in his early life. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a nanny who is: • Attentive and responsive to an infant’s cues and needs • Patient, gentle, and warm in their caregiving style • Interested in supporting early development through age-appropriate interaction (talking, reading, tummy time, sensory play, etc.) • Comfortable with and values open, ongoing communication with parents Responsibilities • Loving, attentive care for our infant • Feeding, diapering, naps, and soothing • Engaging in developmentally appropriate activities • Maintaining a safe, calm, and nurturing environment (No housekeeping beyond baby-related tasks) Ideal Candidate • Experience caring for infants, especially newborns/young babies • CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to become certified) • Reliable, punctual, and communicative • Comfortable working independently while keeping parents informed Compensation • Competitive hourly rate based on experience • Guaranteed hoursNanny job details
