Hi! My name is Jonathan, I am 22 years old, and I am a pediatric registered nurse. I have experience caring for children from newborns through 18 years old in both surgical transplant and general medicine settings. I love working with kids and also have personal experience babysitting my two nephews, from the time they were babies through their school-aged years. My responsibilities have included playing fun games, helping with homework, preparing meals, and keeping them safe and happy. Although I work full time with children as a nurse, I have four days off each week and would love to spend some of that time babysitting. I’m reliable, caring, and bring the same compassion I use in nursing to the families I work with.

My experience working with children began 34 years old when my mom signed me and my sister up for a babysitting class at the Red Cross. I began caring for children of family friends and other families within the community. By college age, I found a love for volunteering for various community organizations that offered services for teens, homeless community, and my church. Caregiving comes natural for me because my parents and family members were always giving in some way or form to others. From a young age, I learned to be unselfish and see the needs of others. That translated into my adulthood and professional career. Last year I added senior care to services I can provide. I come from a musical family so I enjoy music and arts in my spare time. I also enjoy spending time and attending the games of my 10 year godson who is involved in several sports.
