Hi! My name is Skylar, and I’m a recent UC Irvine graduate. I have several years of babysitting experience and have cared for children ranging from infants as young as 6 months to teens up to 17 years old. I enjoy adapting to each child’s needs, whether that’s playing, reading, helping with homework, or being a supportive and fun companion. In addition to childcare, I’m happy to help with light housework, meal prep, and keeping things organized. I also have experience working at a dog adoption center and caring for pets of all sizes, plus I grew up with dogs myself. I love playing games of all kinds, board games, outdoor games, and even video games, and I especially enjoy making learning fun, particularly with math. Families often tell me they appreciate that I’m responsible, caring, and always ready to keep kids engaged and happy in a safe environment.

$25 per hour for 1 child

Hi everyone! My name is Mila and I'm a recent graduate of UCI. I love art, cooking and fashion. My recent thing I've been dabbling in doing nail art, so sometimes you'll see me with funky nails on; red is my favorite color! I love being a babysitter, and have been babysitting since I was 18 (at times 16 and younger!). I've had a lot of experience with all ages, but I find I'm my best with toddlers and young teens. I've also been working at a babysitter company for around 4 years on and off. Throughout my time as a babysitter, I've learned what it means to be patient, resilient, and kind, especially to the most misunderstood. As a passionate artist myself, I love the words "creativity" and "color." When kids want to dive into a creative atmosphere and get their hands messy, I'm sure to help them imagine it. But that's not all– when it comes to tutoring, reading sessions, daytime walks to the park or around the neighborhood, I'm happy to socialize and keep them moving along. With over two years of experience for children with autism (both verbal and non-verbal), I am prepared to take on any challenges associated with babysitting. Kids deserve to have their voices heard, and I want to make sure that they are able to express how they feel with a helping hand. *I have to add that I am unfortunately not able to drive due to my poor vision, but thankfully, this does not impact my other duties and I am able to manage fine without it. I'm looking for either a part-time, full-time job, or an occasional job that can suit parents' needs. If that sounds like someone you need, please don't hesitate to reach out-- I'm excited to meet you and I will move however the parent suits.

I am 23- years old and have 8 years of babysitting and nannying experience for younger children aged 6 months-13 years old, with experience nannying up to 3 children under my care at a time. I also have over 500 hours of community service as a reading tutor for elementary school kids through the programs Reading Buddies and Reading Partners. Hai Santa Ana
$20 per hour for 1 child

Hello my name is Hai and I am 50 years young. I come from a family of immigrants who came to the U. S. in 1975 after the Vietnam war. At that time there were 11 members in my family which included my parents and 8 siblings. I was the second youngest child. In 2008 my baby sister passed away from colon cancer when she was only 32. She was a second grade teacher at Lampson Elementary in the Orange Unified School District and loved her students. She won teacher of the year around 2005. She also loved all of our 12 nieces and nephews. We both shared a deep affection for kids. I became an uncle when I was only 10 after my first and oldest niece was born. She is now 40, and has a 2 year young son and a newborn boy. I remember holding her when she was a newborn and she fell asleep in my arms. That was the start of my love and journey with kids. Because of having so many older siblings I have a total of 12 nieces and nephews. I took care of and played with all of them when they were little, so I have many years of experience watching kids. I’m kind, patient, and nurturing. For the past 11 years I’ve been a volunteer with a nonprofit organization called Linc, where I am a mentor at an after school program for kids between kindergarten and 7th grade. I serve them snacks, help them with their homework, and play fun activities with them, including reading, art projects, and games. I won volunteer of the year in 2015. My supervisor at the program loves me and is one of my closest friends. If you need a reference or letter of recommendation from her I would be happy to oblige. I am a kind and responsible individual that you can trust to take care of your loved ones.
