Hi, Karla here. I m retired from elementary/ special education in the classroom and school bus driving. I enjoy people, I am a lighthearted person to be around. Reasonably fit for a senior. I have current First Aid and CPR. For children, I m a grandmother and enjoy the ages and stages. I am able to help with homework, basic meal preparation. Problem solving and accountability. As a female, infants are something we deal with off snd on throughout life. For seniors, I m a friend and assistant. I have cared for a husband who was down for 4 years. Mostly looking to provide respite care. Or 1-2 half days/ week. Housekeeping and meal preparation as needed. Prefer cats over dogs, due to size and rambunctious nature. Hello! I’m Sierra. I currently work as a realtor in West Linn for Matin Real Estate but prior to this work, I worked in social services for a decade. I worked primarily as a vocational counselor helping individuals with their careers whom have a disability, injury, or mental health condition. I’ve also done medical case management, worked with individuals on the autism spectrum and their families, and volunteered in the big brothers big sisters program to mentor youth. I have for many years taken care of my younger siblings from the time they were born up through teenage years. I also nanny for a friend who has a 5 year old child regularly as well. My education is a BA in Psychology and MPA degree. I am an excellent communicator, organized, thoughtful, and kind. With my education background, I am comfortable tutoring children and teenagers as I graduated with honors both in undergrad and graduate school and have taken challenging classes in a wide variety of studies.
