Hi all! I have been a sitter for the last 16 years. Throughout the 16 years, I have been consistent working with families. I have experience working with twins and up to 2 siblings at one time. Experience with all ages ranging from newborn up until teenagers. I am opened to taking your child to local parks and libraries, working on arts and crafts, and reading. Looking for a part time or full time position as the child who I previously cared for has transitioned to TK part time. Being around pets is no problem. CPR trained. I can absolutely provide letter of recommendations! Fun fact: I have three children.

Being around children is so fun and life giving! They are filled with endless wonder. I was fortunate enough to TA and mentor 3rd graders and kindergarteners in an elementary school and I have babysat toddlers over the years. I am patient, silly and kind and hold safety as a priority with your child in my care. Additionally, I used to be a provider for my mom who is disabled and would handle errands, med visits, exercise and occupational therapy for her. I also have house sit for 2 years and cared for cats and dogs as I love animals!

Dear Parents, my name is Alex and I am a caring, energetic, and reliable caregiver who is an LA native. I attended Harvard-Westlake high school and NYU. I did a lot of babysitting in college when I was in NYC and I am looking to get back into it as I try to support my career as a screenwriter in Hollywood. When I was twenty my dad had two daughters with his new wife so I have spent the last ten years watching my two beautiful half sisters grow up. I lived at the house with them from basically the time they were born until they were seven and five. I cared for them as babies and was constantly playing with them as we were all stuck in quarantine together during COVID. I did everything with them from constant games, to dress up, to even teaching them how to swim in our pool. When we weren't playing I helped prepare them meals, bathed them after dinner, and read books / sang songs to them to put them to bed. I currently live in an apartment in Brentwood with my girlfriend and have flexible hours to be a caregiver as I work around my writing schedule. I am comfortable with kids of all ages, from babies to teenagers and I also love animals. I am 31 years old and a few of my friends have started having kids and I am always the first one they call when they need a sitter.
