Hi! My name is Maddie! I am a sophomore at Tulane University, where I am studying psychology (specifically child psychology) as well as political science. I have lived in Boston my whole life, but my mom is from NOLA so I have spent a lot of time here growing up, and I loved it so much I had to come to school here! I have been officially working with kids since the summer of 2022 where I worked as a counselor at a sleep away camp for seven weeks. I have worked at that camp every summer since, and have acquired many different skills that allow me to work well with children. I have also been babysitting for neighbors and family friends since I was around 13. Since then, I have gotten my lifeguard certification which makes me CPR, AED, and first aid certified for both infants, children, and adults. I am extremely patient, especially when it comes to kids with special needs or preferences. On top of this, I have been raised with pets (dogs and cats) my whole life and am very happy to take care of them too! I have my drivers license and a car with me at school, so I would be able to do pick ups and drop offs if needed.

Hi! I’m Chloe, I am currently a sophomore at Xavier University here in New Orleans. My major is Chem Pre-med I want to be an ultrasound technician or radiologist. I am originally from Mississippi so I do have a bit of a country accent or so I’ve heard lol but nothing extreme. I have had background babysitting and watching children through my family friends daycare in Jackson MS (Little Einstein Daycare) part-time, I also did my fair share in babysitting for family friends children from ages 3-9. I primarily care for ages around 3-5. I enjoy really engaging with the children, taking them outside to play or fun arts and craft ideas. I like to cook, I also played basketball and love sports, I am also a little of a diehard fan for musicals and anything involving singing. I am willing to help with homework and also cleaning up as needed. I can’t wait to help!

I have been a live-in caregiver as well as a daytime and evening companion including for clients with dementia. I cared for my parents for many years. I'm calm and collected, have a good sense of humor. I have a great driving record and can do food and other shopping, errands, light housekeeping, cooking, organizing, medicine refills and reminders. I have a college degree and am a non-smoker. I'm fully vaccinated against COVID-19, have my RSV and pneumonia vaccines, flu shot, tetanus, shingles vaccines and am in excellent health. I make sure things are clean, safe and secure. I'm reliable and responsible. I'm able to handle challenges well. Hola, Hello, Bonjour! May name is Mara and I am a caring and creative thinker, decisive and dependable. Highly motivated, with years of experience working with children using alternative education methods, as well as operating and co-running an off-grid living community and retreat center. I speak Spanish, French and English. I have worked for an environmental education program teaching Earth science to fourth, fifth, and seventh graders in an outdoor classroom, been a counselor at numerous summer art camps and programs, worked as a substitute kindergarten teacher at a Waldorf school, worked at an after-care program at an elementary French immersion school, and offered childcare services since she was 16 years old for infants, toddlers and kids. I am also able to offer pet care (having had experience on the pet care app, Rover), and have extensive experience performing housekeeping duties. I love to cook and can also run errands.
