About Asuma Hi! My name is Asuma and I am currently a neuroscience research technician and a member of the U.S. Army Reserves. I offer childcare, tutoring, and household support services. Caring for children has always been a natural part of my life. As the oldest daughter in a large family and a mother to an amazing teenager, I grew up helping care for younger siblings and relatives. I also have over 11 years of experience caring for children ranging from infants to teenagers. In addition to childcare, I provide tutoring for students from elementary school through college in subjects such as math, biology, and chemistry. I am a nurse for 50 years (did I just say that? wow!) and I often work catering for her her restaurant. So not only do I love kids and pets but I love interior design, keeping kids engaged, playing with dogs and cats, taking care of the home and find myself organizing as I move along the house, giving the kids activities, being support to their parents, find peace in doing laundry, prepping for events, helping to host and serve at events, throwing kids birthday parties, decorating for weddings and social gatherings, love attending sports events and bringing the kids to the parks and play dates, and encourage manners, positive activities, and being an "auntie".
