Hi! My name is Olivia, and I am a trained and certified elementary educator with a Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education. I am offering childcare and nanny services starting May 2026. I enjoy creating fun, engaging, and stimulating summer experiences for children! I have experience working with infants, toddlers, and elementary school-aged children through my work in the classroom, previous nanny & babysitting roles, and as a summer camp counsler! I am comfortable managing daily routines while also planning active, creative summer days. My experience includes outdoor play, arts and crafts, games, reading, learning through play, driving to and from activities, and homework/tutoring support. In addition to childcare, I am happy to help with light household tasks related to children, such as tidying play areas, preparing meals, and assisting with routines/activities. I am also happy to work with families with pets! I love working with children, and have been working with children and families since I was 14 years old! I'm Margo - a mom of 3 adult kids, and I owned, operated & successfully managed a home childcare "business" for 15+ years. While it was technically a business, to me it was building an extension of my own family. I built a strong reputation & client base & consistently had a steady waitlist, and I am still in touch with all of my families to this day. Unfortunately, Covid shut it down & now I'm ready to begin my next chapter on a smaller scale as a nanny in a family's home! I have so much to offer & I'm excited to get started! I am a fun-loving, positive, energetic, warm, upbeat, reliable, resourceful, dedicated, nurturing & patient caregiver. I am great with kids (and people) of all ages 0-100! I always maintain open communication with parents. I also have my own templates for daily activity, nap, diaper/potty, meal & behavior reports that can be sent to you if you'd like. I am mother of two aswell. I am very dedicated and reliable. I enjoy being around kids, coming from working in a daycare for 5years in new york where i began i can continue the child care here in new jersey. My kids are a young 7year old girl and 2 year old boy they have very different characters this has also helped me learn different emotions.
