Hello! My name is Aleah thank you so much for taking the time to review my profile. My hope is to create a fun, caring and nurturing environment for your child and or pet. Allow me to introduce myself: Childcare Experience I began caring for children as a teenager through my church’s childcare services. I started in the nursery, caring for children ages newborn to one year old. I was responsible for diaper changes when needed, making sure the babies had plenty of age-appropriate toys and activities to stimulate their developing minds, and helping maintain nap time. I also made sure the babies were comforted whenever they began to miss their parents and, of course, safely returned them to their parents when church was over. As a young adult, I worked at a daycare with children ages four to five. I led pre-kindergarten after-school care, helping create a safe, nurturing, and positive environment. I assisted the children with homework, encouraged their academic development, and helped them better understand the work they were completing. I also maintained the cleanliness and organization of the classroom to promote a healthy learning space. In addition, I planned and implemented engaging after-school activities that supported the children’s social, creative, and cognitive development. I also have experience working with teenagers ages thirteen to seventeen. During an internship, I worked as a camp counselor where I mentored teenagers through both small- and large-group settings. I supported teens as they worked through emotional, spiritual, and personal challenges. I also participated in a mission trip with the students where we visited neighborhoods and helped provide resources to families in need. Pet Care Experience I have experience caring for my family’s pets, especially when their owners are out of town. This includes making sure they are walked every day, provided with breakfast and dinner, entertained, and cared for until their owners return. I also have experience dog sitting in other people’s homes. This typically includes following their feeding schedule, taking daily walks, providing companionship, and making sure they are comfortable while their owners are away. Hi my name is Jennifer, I have 7 year old who is just an amazing boy . I’m fluent in English and Spanish . I love babysitting, have 2 years of experience from infants, toddles and kids. My responsibility has included driving, craft and engaging age appropriate activities. I can also help out with some light household cleaning and errands.
