We value patience, attentiveness, and someone who genuinely enjoys engaging with toddlers at their pace. Typical care includes playtime, snacks or meals we prep ahead of time, diaper changes, and following our routine. Safety and clear communication are important to us, and we’re always happy to answer questions or give guidance.
