We’re looking for a trusted, experienced babysitter to care for our 3.5-year-old son on New Year’s Eve. This is a one-night role and our first time hiring a babysitter, so reliability and toddler experience are very important to us. The evening will be calm and simple, involving light play and supervision, following a clear bedtime routine (stories and settling him to sleep), and monitoring while he sleeps. We’re seeking someone with solid experience caring for children ages 3–5, who is patient, calm, confident with bedtime routines, comfortable staying late, and has completed background and reference checks through UrbanSitter. A brief meet-and-greet before NYE is strongly preferred. We value clear communication and are happy to share all routines and expectations in advance.
