We are a family in Henderson expecting a new baby in April and are looking for a reliable, experienced nanny or sitter to support our 3-year-old son during labor and the immediate postpartum period. This role would be on-call around our due date, with the primary need being overnight or extended care when labor begins, and occasional follow-up care as needed after the birth. Responsibilities include: • Caring for our 3-year-old in our home • Helping with bedtime, overnight routine, and morning routine if needed • Providing a calm, reassuring presence while parents are at the hospital • Light child-related housekeeping only (tidying toys, meals for child) Ideal candidate: • Has experience with toddlers and overnight care • Is comfortable being on-call and responding on short notice • Has reliable transportation • Non-smoker • CPR/First Aid certified • Calm, dependable, and nurturing We are hoping to meet someone in advance and do trial babysitting sessions so our son feels comfortable before the baby arrives.
