About this nanny job

We are a warm, engaged, and education-focused family. We believe children thrive with consistent routines, responsive caregiving, and lots of language-rich interaction throughout the day. We value curiosity, kindness, and independence, and we aim to support social-emotional development through calm boundaries, positive reinforcement, and age-appropriate expectations. Our top priority is early learning—especially communication and language development. We intentionally build skills through conversation, reading, songs, play-based learning, and structured activities that strengthen attention, problem-solving, and executive functioning. We are particularly interested in a nanny with a speech therapy background (or strong experience supporting early language development) who can naturally embed speech/language strategies into everyday routines. We are a multilingual household and would love a caregiver who is fluent in Spanish and French, and comfortable using both languages consistently with our child (e.g., narrating routines, labeling, conversational practice, and reading in Spanish/French). We value collaboration and clear communication with our caregiver, and we are looking for someone who is dependable, professional, safety-minded, and genuinely enjoys helping children learn and grow.
