Position requirements • Both parents have demanding and sometimes unpredictable work schedules • High level of flexibility required; hours may occasionally change • Suitable only for candidates comfortable with schedule adjustments Primary responsibilities • Full care of a newborn at all times • Feeding, diaper changes, bathing, soothing, and following daily routines • Washing, folding, and organizing the baby’s clothes • Keeping the nursery and baby’s areas extremely clean, tidy, and well organized • Daily cleaning and maintenance of the baby’s stroller • Ensuring the baby’s safety, comfort, and well-being at all times Candidate requirements • Minimum of 5 years of professional infant/newborn care experience • Excellent, verifiable references • Excellent level of spoken and written English • Non-smoker • Very high standards of personal hygiene • Clean, natural appearance • No perfume during work hours • Minimal or no makeup during work hours • No phone use during work hours (except emergencies — strict priority) • Valid driver’s license • Willing and comfortable driving as needed Personal qualities • Genuinely loves caring for infants • Calm, patient, nurturing, and emotionally attentive • Easy to communicate with and responsive to feedback • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented • Comfortable following parental guidance and routines closely • Able to work independently and take initiative when appropriate • Respectful of family privacy and household rules Additional expectations • Physically able to lift, carry, and manage infant-related tasks and stroller use • Willing to provide daily updates on feeding, naps, and overall well-being • Professional, trustworthy, and interested in a long-term positionNanny job details
