About this nanny job

We are a warm, respectful family welcoming our first baby this summer and are looking for a kind, reliable, and experienced nanny to become a long-term part of our family. We are seeking someone who truly loves caring for infants and supporting their development in a calm, nurturing environment. This role will primarily focus on caring for our newborn, including feeding, diapering, soothing, helping maintain sleep routines, and engaging in age-appropriate developmental activities as the baby grows. Safety, patience, and attentiveness are extremely important to us. In addition to baby care, we are looking for someone who can help with light housekeeping related to the baby and general household upkeep, such as washing bottles, baby laundry, tidying play areas, light kitchen clean-up, and occasional light organizing. No heavy cleaning is expected. One parent works from home, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable in a household where a parent may be present but not interfering. We value open communication, trust, and mutual respect. We are looking for someone who is: Experienced with newborns/infants Kind, patient, calm, and dependable Trustworthy and safety-focused Comfortable helping with light housekeeping Non-smoker CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to become certified) We hope to find someone who is interested in building a long-term relationship with our family and becoming an important part of our child’s early years.
