We are a warm, organized family seeking a reliable and caring Hybrid Mother’s Helper / Part-Time Nanny to support a stay-at-home mom with a sweet, curious 4-year-old and a 3-month-old baby. This role is primarily a mother’s helper position, with hands-on support around the house and with the children while mom is home, plus a short, designated block of independent childcare each shift. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being a supportive extra set of hands, is comfortable taking initiative when asked, and can confidently manage the children independently for brief periods (1-2 hours). Primary Responsibilities (Supervised – Majority of Shift) Assist with childcare while mom is home (playing, reading, crafts, outdoor time) Support daily routines as directed Light household help related to the children and shared spaces, including: Tidying play areas and common spaces Children’s laundry and light household laundry Snack and simple meal prep Dishes and kitchen clean-up General organization and resetting the home Ensure safety, engagement, and a nurturing environment while mom is unavailableNanny job details
