About this nanny job

Loving nanny needed for 12-month-old twin girls! I would be working approximately 8-5, however my husband is a police officer and works 6pm-6 a.m. We need someone to watch the girls while am at work, but while he is sleeping until he wakes up. The schedule will vary, but be approximately 7:30am- 11:30 a.m. most days. I know the schedule is a bit wonky! So I'm looking for someone who is okay with a little flexibility in the schedule while also being okay that my husband is home sleeping. (He is a heavy sleeper so no need to tiptoe around, he sleeps through them crying/ playing/me cooking/etc. The twins are very easy going girls, and we have kept them on a consistent schedule so the day is very predictable. We don't do screen time as well, so I'm hoping for someone who recognizes and values the developing brains of babies/toddlers!
