About this nanny job

We’re a family of four looking for a kind, reliable nanny/family assistant to become a long-term part of our home. We have a loving 2.5-year-old girl and an easy-going 3-month-old boy, and we value calm, consistency, and teamwork. This role is mostly focused on caring for our baby during the day, with some help getting our toddler out the door in the morning and easing the transition back home in the late afternoon. During naps or nursing, we’re hoping for light household support—things like family laundry, keeping the kitchen tidy, and resetting shared spaces so the house feels manageable and peaceful. A typical day includes: • Helping our toddler get ready and walk to daycare (one block away) by 9:00 AM • Caring for our infant with gentle play, naps, and a consistent routine • Light household tasks while the baby naps • Helping with the late-afternoon transition (around 4:45–6:00 PM) We’re hoping to find someone who: • Truly enjoys caring for infants • Is proactive and comfortable jumping in where help is needed • Is dependable, punctual, and communicative • Is open to occasional evening or weekend babysitting (optional) Details: • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM • Competitive pay based on experience • Guaranteed hours, paid holidays and PTO, plus annual raise and bonus We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with our family and be a steady, positive presence in our kids’ lives.
