About this nanny job

We’re a warm, busy family looking for a reliable, fun, and energetic nanny to help care for our three kids — twin 13-year-old girls and a sweet, active 7-year-old boy. Our ideal nanny enjoys being around kids of different ages, can balance structure with flexibility, and has a calm, positive approach to guiding children through their day. The role includes local driving to activities, light housework, simple meal prep, and helping with homework. We’re looking for someone who can help keep the kids on a good routine, reinforce expectations, and provide consistent, age-appropriate discipline while still being supportive and encouraging. You should be comfortable taking direction, communicating clearly with parents, and rolling with the normal ups and downs that come with family life. Our schedule varies week to week, but is always known in advance, so flexibility with days and hours is important. Reliability and punctuality are musts. We also have two small, friendly dogs, so comfort around pets is a plus. If you’re dependable, upbeat, organized, and enjoy being part of a team-focused household, we’d love to hear from you.
