Nanny Needed – Infant Care (10 Months Old) Start: January Location: Hayward / Union City Our budget is up to $25/hour. Given our current needs (one infant, part-time hours, and parents working from home and available to support), we are not able to accommodate positions requiring $30/hour or above at this time. We are a warm, professional family seeking an experienced, engaging nanny to care for our 10-month-old son. We’re looking for someone who truly enjoys working with infants and actively supports developmental milestones such as babbling, crawling, standing, and early walking. Schedule     •    Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.     •    Ideally available all 5 days     •    Minimum availability of 3 days per week (flexible for the right fit) Responsibilities     •    Interactive, developmentally appropriate play     •    Bottle feeding and solids (baby can hold his own bottle but requires supervision)     •    Diaper changes     •    Putting baby down for naps (rocking 20+ lbs and smooth crib transfer required)     •    Tracking naps and feeds     •    Loading/unloading bottle washer     •    Hand-washing toys and keeping play areas clean and organized     •    Folding baby laundry Work Environment     •    Parents work from home and are available to support as needed     •    Parking available on site What We’re Looking For Punctuality, professionalism, and cleanliness are extremely important to us. As parents and employers, we believe in setting our nanny up for success. Clear guidelines and instructions will be provided on the first day. We’re seeking a self-sufficient, reliable nanny who can confidently manage the day while we are busy working.
